NewNow on WhatsApp and iMessage

Say it once. Juno remembers it.

Record any conversation with the pen or your phone: a meeting, a lecture, a doctor’s visit. Juno writes the notes and your to-dos, then texts you on WhatsApp what to do next.

After every conversation, already written.

The note, the thing you nearly missed, and the email to send.

Every client’s must-haves remembered, and the follow-up written before you reach the car.

A We love the kitchen. The parking is the thing.

B There is a covered spot with the unit, round the back.

Nearly missed

Covered parking has now come up at all three viewings.

Lives in your WhatsApp. Speaks up first.

The main way to use Juno. Send the recording like any voice note, then ask what you owe, send the follow-up and set a reminder, all from the chat. iMessage works too. No app to learn.

One message does it

  • Move Thursday’s meeting to 3 and add a Meet link
  • Send the briefing to Sarah and Tom
  • Put my to-dos in a Google Sheet
  • Merge Chris and Christopher, they’re the same person

Asks before acting on what it heard. Reply STOP anytime.

Said in the room. Done in your apps.

The pen hears the meeting. Juno puts what was said where it belongs.

  • Juno Pen

Hears the room. Texts you after.

  • Outlook

    Calendar

Dates said out loud land on your calendar.

    “Tuesday at 2 works, Tom.”

    On your calendar, Tom invited.

Google Calendar: adds, moves and deletes events, with Meet links and invites. Apple Calendar and Outlook: one tap to add.

  • Documents

The documents you would have written anyway.

    The pricing call

A Doc and a price Sheet in your Drive.

Google Docs and Sheets in your own Drive. Notion pages with the summary, to-dos as checkboxes and who was there.

  • Tasks

Every promise made in the room, kept track of.

“I’ll send Chris the deck by Friday.”

    Reminder Thursday, 9 AM.

To-dos with due dates and who is waiting. Reminders on WhatsApp, “Juno is waiting on you”, export to Sheets. Follow-up emails drafted for you.

  • GranolaPlaudPocket

An assistant that was in the room

Ask anything about any meeting on WhatsApp or iMessage.

“What did the CTO say about pricing?”

The answer, and the moment she said it.

It speaks up first and does tasks by chat. Imports add to its memory: Granola, Plaud, Pocket, Notion AI meeting notes, any audio or transcript.

A pen that hears the whole room.

FAQ

Is it legal to record a conversation?

It depends where you are. Many places, Florida included, need everyone’s permission. Juno Pen asks you to confirm consent before it processes anything, so asking becomes part of the habit.

How is this different from Plaud or Pocket?

Plaud and Pocket are recorders that give you notes. Juno is the assistant that was in the room: it texts you after on WhatsApp or iMessage, offers to add the meeting someone mentioned, reminds you of what you promised, briefs you before the next one, and does tasks when you ask in the chat. It works with your Plaud and Pocket recordings too.

Do I need the pen?

No. Juno works with recordings from your phone or computer, WhatsApp voice notes, Plaud, Pocket, or any audio file or transcript you import. It is better with the pen: it is always with you, one click starts it, and it hears the whole room.

What languages does it understand?

It transcribes English, Spanish, Portuguese and many other languages. The app, the emails and WhatsApp work in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and notes come back in the language you spoke unless you pick another.

How long until the notes are ready?

Usually a few minutes after the recording arrives. They land in the app and your inbox, and back in WhatsApp if you sent it there.

Who can hear my recordings?

Only you. Recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest, private to your account, and never sold. Delete one and it is gone, including the transcription service’s copy.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from Settings. Monthly plans can also be paused for 30, 60 or 90 days.

Your next meeting, remembered.
